Q: How much is shipping to my destination?

A: Shipping will depend on your location and if you wish to do standard or express delivery.   You should see a cost after entering your address and preferences during checkout.


Q: Is pick up an option?

A: Yes.  You can pick up at 125 Montezuma Trail, Scarborough.  

Q: How soon can you ship?

A: We mail your orders within 48 hours of purchase.

Q: How do I know when my order has shipped? 

A:  An email will be sent to you with the shipping details once your order has shipped.  Be sure to check your spam folder as the email might have re-directed there. 


Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A:  Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days.  
     There is an option to upgrade to express shipping at checkout.     


Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A:  We only ship within Canada at the moment.
