MODIFY / CANCEL AN ORDER

Please email info@electricdeals.ca for any order modification or cancellation requests within 24 hours after purchase.   Once shipped, we can no longer cancel or make changes to the order.


RETURNS FOR REFUNDS

If there are any issues / defects with the product received, please get in touch with us within 15 days of delivery.
Returns for refunds must include complete original packaging and contents.

NOT APPLICABLE FOR REFUNDS / EXCHANGES 

• Damaged caused by customer mishandling / accidents.
• Product has been altered / modified.
• Software issues 
• Missing parts / accessories 
• Buyer's remorse / change of heart about the product
